BUSINESS CONDITIONS FOR USING WWW.HATSBOOTSBOURBON.COM
These conditions only apply to agreements between www.Hatsbootsbourbon.com and consumers (as defined in section 3 (1) of the Consumer Agreement Act). If you are a trader, any agreement between you and Hatsbootsbourbon.com is different. You can only buy items at www.Hatsbootsbourbon.com if you accept these terms and conditions. When ordering, you always have the right to read and accept the applicable terms and to print the terms if you wish. You are encouraged to read these terms of sale and delivery thoroughly and familiarize yourself with the obligations and rights that the terms entail for you. Including a special opportunity to return products ordered on our website www.hatsbootsbourbon.com.

 

PAYMENT METHOD
You can safely and securely pay by debit card at www.hatsbootsbourbon.com. We accept all common cards such as Visa and MasterCard. Your purchase is then handled by PensoPay. Therefore, Hats, Boots & Bourbon does not have access to your card information. You will receive one confirmation per email when your purchase has gone through. This typically happens 2 minutes after the purchase has been completed.

 

I WANT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT A GOOD
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act consumers have a two-year legal warranty. It means that you, the consumer, have the right to complain to you about faulty goods for a period of 2 years. After 2 years, the consumer may no longer make a complaint. However, all claims must be justified, and not just everyday wear and tear.

If you would like to make a complaint, all purchase information must be provided, along with item itself (and/or photos). Please send information to info@hatsbootsbourbon.com, or come to the store itself, if you are able.

We will then contact the manufacturer regarding the claim, and they will decide whether it will be a replacement, a repair, or a rejection.
