Our Story

Hats, Boots & Bourbon opened up in October 2017. Founded by former bartender Erik, who had been walking around with the idea of combining a bar and boutique for more than ten years.

Focusing on unique, high-quality clothing in classic designs and colors that can be worn for many seasons and trend cycles. We also try to focus on Scandinavian brands that you don´t find in all the bigger stores, but also classic American, British and Italian brands such as Stetson, Schott NYC, Borsalino etc.

The idea with the concept is to releive the stress and pressure that a lot of people feel when they walk in to a clothing store.

At Hats, Boots & Bourbon you can get a drink, beer or coffee, browse around, ask us about the products, try them on, think on it, have another drink, try it on again. Maybe you walk out with a new hat, or just a nice experience.

Inspired by the 1930´s and various old movies we wanted to create a rough and rugged, yet warm and cozy atmosphere with brick walls, wooden floors, chesterfield sofas and vintage interior. In the back of the store you'll find the bar that focuses on bourbon and bourbon based cocktails, but also serves beer, long drinks, sodas and tea or coffee.

The store is located on the vibrant and trendy street of Istedgade in Copenhagen, where every day is an adventure, and there's no shortage of interesting characters who, in our opinion, create a unique “Brooklyn feeling”, and we love it.
