With its bold yet cheerful silhouette, this Gatsby hat resembles a duckbill. That’s why this shape is also known as a “duckbill hat”. The close-fitting crown, which has carefully been assembled from several pieces, covers the relatively small visor.

MATERIAL INFORMATION

High-quality wool is spun into melange yarn, which is in turn spun into British wool, also known as hopsack. The technique used is known as the “Panama weave” or basketweave; its fine pattern of “blocks” comes together to form a uniquely stylish design.
