Shipping policy

DELIVERY
We primarily work with GLS and PostNord as our delivery partners, and therefore delivery times will be in line with their guarantees. Within Denmark, this is usually 1-2 days after collection. Collection is usually a day after an order has been completed.

Delivery times outside of Denmark may vary.

By default, your parcel will be delivered to your nearest collection point, and you should receive notification via email when and where you can collect it, via GLS/PostNord's tracking portal/app, or email.

Typically, there will be up to 2 weeks to pick up the item after successful delivery to a collection point. Remember ID with photo ID if you need to pick up at the collection point.

We do aim to deliver globally, but please note that you may be subject to local import taxes and fees when ordering outside the EU.
